Operation and Maintenance Services

Tech Universal’s after-sales services department which is backed-up by skilled engineers and maintenance technicians are ready to answer and solve client’s problems by providing them with the correct technical solutions, based on proper operation and maintenance procedures including the supply of correct quality spare parts and quality chemicals for an efficient plant performance.

 

Tech Universal planned service procedures are based on the following activities:

  • Scheduled Maintenance
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Breakdown Maintenance
  • Inspection and Troubleshooting

 

Based on the above experience, Tech Universal diversified its activities to include an operation and maintenance department that is responsible to bid and execute turnkey projects for operation and maintenance of process plants, and guarantee to the customer the required output based on original plant design and performance as originally installed.

 

Tech Universal O&M Department has a general task to ensure the folowing:

  • Engineering and design meets plant requirements.
  • Quality of supplied material and workmanship conforms to specification.
  • All safety regulations and standards are observed.
  • Whole erection/installation is checked thoroughly.
  • Related items are tested, commissioned and the settings are of correct values.

 

In order to take corrective and implementive action for above works, this department also provides the following:

  • Qualified staff of good knowledge and experience for components and processes
  • Wide range of test instruments and equipment.
